REFUNDS

Within seven days after purchasing the service, you must contact us; otherwise, there will be no refund. You must provide a valid justification for cancelling any refunds, along with all the related bills. Please note that it only applies to Therapy Service, not to Screening and APP subscriptions. There will be no refunds for APP and screening subscriptions.

REFUND PROCESS

To refund or cancellation for an item, please email customer service at contact@cogniable.tech or call for this phone number:-+91 8375955566. Upon receiving your email or phone call, we will get in touch with you. Please provide proof of purchase of the service and answer some general questions regarding your cancellation.

We will execute your refund after confirming and inspecting your purchase. The money may transfer to your bank account over the course of seven days. When your return has been processed, we'll send you an email to let you know.

Please note: After deduction of the service you have received, you will receive the remaining amount.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Screening

• Subscription to an app
